Dr.
James M. Kipnis
is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon with specialty
training in sports medicine and the treatment of disorders of
the knee and shoulder, including ligament and joint
reconstruction.
Dr. Kipnis obtained his M.D. degree from the
prestigious University of California, San Francisco, which is
perennially ranked among the top 5 medical schools in the
country.
He then completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at
Montefiore Medical Center and The Albert Einstein College of
Medicine.
Dr.
Kipnis completed an additional year of specialty fellowship
training in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery at Tufts
University and The New England Medical Center in Boston, MA.
Dr. Kipnis is a fellow of both:
- American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons
- American College of Surgeons
